This time I’m really starting up the workouts again. No kidding. Other than one light w/o last month, there’s been a full two-month hiatus in my exercise regimen.

Looking at the year of 2009 in retrospective, considering how successful the workouts have been, I’m generally satisfied. If I think of my physical workouts as being a sports season, this past year has had a pretty steady ten-month active-season, and that followed by a two-month off-season. I can live with that pattern.

It’s good to be getting back to the workouts, though; even though this first week or so will find them very light. After the body has gotten back into the rhythm of doing these regularly, I’ll start increasing the intensity again.
