2 sets of 10 reps
squats:
2 sets of 10 reps
bench presses: – on the bowflex machine
2 sets of 10 reps
seated lat-pulls: – on the bowflex machine
2 sets of 10 reps
A bowflex workout tonight does indeed make this a two-fer week. And this is acceptable.
However, I really do prefer three-fer weeks. Hopefully I can make next week one of those.
