calf raises:
2 sets of 10 reps

squats:
2 sets of 10 reps

bench presses: – on the bowflex machine
2 sets of 10 reps

seated lat-pulls: – on the bowflex machine
2 sets of 10 reps

This Friday the 13th hasn’t been unlucky for me (he says, knocking on wood). It allowed me another bowflex workout, making this a three-fer week.

After taking tomorrow and Sunday as rest days, we’ll see if we can make next week a three-fer, too.
