… in my neighborhood still looks like a parking lot, but it won’t for much longer. Ground has been officially broken; it’s fenced off (I poked the lens of my camera through a hole in the fence to take this shot); material is being delivered (notice the stacks of lumber); and soon (well, that’s a relative term, considering the pace at which construction projects in this city are completed) a huge, 8 to 10 story addition to the back of the Justice Center will stand here.
